General & Order

Yes, our product range is aimed at both private and business customers. You can order directly from our online shop – without registration, even as a guest or via express payment (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal Express).

Simply order directly through our online shop. For personal advice on larger projects or special requests, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp.

No – you can order from a single sample or a whole hide. Depending on availability, you can also order half or quarter hides. We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €200.

Commercial customers from Germany order at the regular gross price.

If you have predictable needs, regular projects, or as part of a closer collaboration, we would be happy to develop a customized solution – with a view to availability, planning security, and attractive conditions.

Companies with a valid VAT ID from outside the EU automatically receive net prices at checkout.

Customers from third countries (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, USA) also place their orders net. Any import duties, such as customs or sales tax, are to be borne by the recipient.

No – you can order as a guest or conveniently pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal Express without entering a customer account or address.

Products, leather types & application

Our range includes automotive leather, upholstery leather, apparel leather, synthetic leather, shoe leather, boat leather, aircraft leather, and microfiber fabrics such as Dinamica. All items are tested for durability.

No – leather is a natural product with inherent variations. We specify minimum sizes (e.g., 4.8 m²), which may vary slightly in actual size. However, you will always receive at least the amount stated in the article.

We generally only offer genuine leather as whole hides. Depending on availability, we also offer half or quarter hides. Synthetic leather and Dinamica are available starting from 1 linear meter, with pricing scales for 1, 5, and 30 linear meters.

Yes – we offer cost-covering samples in various sizes, e.g., 20×10 cm, 10×10 cm, or 4×3 cm, depending on the item. Shipping via letter mail starts at €1.10.

Upon receipt, leather should be completely unrolled or laid out flat. Store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight. If available, hang it over a trestle.

We attach great importance to accurate color representation. However, variations may occur due to screen settings and natural variations. If unsure, we recommend ordering a sample.

Our leathers are suitable for sewing, gluing, stapling or stretching – ideal for furniture, cars including vintage cars, bags or DIY projects.

Special services & customization

No—but we'd be happy to advise you on the required quantity in square meters or hides. Feel free to send us measurements or photos of your project.

We carry the MK1, MK3, and MK10 leathers directly from stock—each available as standard in black, smooth nappa leather, or Vienna grain. Other colors are available upon request with a minimum order of half a hide.

(All items in our range can be perforated upon request. Delivery time: approx. 5–10 working days.)

Yes – upon request, we can create braided grain, star perforations or rosette patterns true to the original – on your leather or custom-made by us, even stitched (e.g. in 4-6 pipes with/without row of holes).

Special items are particularly inexpensive items that are usually in stock in large quantities and can therefore be offered at attractive prices.

Remaining stock is discontinued items or unique pieces – only while supplies last. Ideal for smaller projects or bargain hunters.

Shipping & Delivery

We usually ship within 24 hours (max. 48 hours). Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen. A complete overview can be found on our shipping page and during checkout.

Yes – we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on weight and destination country.

Payment & Invoices

PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card, Klarna, and bank transfer. Express payments like Apple Pay and PayPal Express are especially popular—no customer account required.

Yes – you will automatically receive a tax-compliant invoice for all orders. Please note that we cannot make subsequent changes to the invoice information. Commercial EU customers can enter their VAT ID during checkout and will automatically receive a net invoice if it is valid.

Taxes & legal issues

If you enter a valid EU VAT ID, you will automatically be billed net. No German sales tax will be charged.

For customers from countries such as Switzerland, Norway, or the USA, net prices apply without VAT. Import VAT and customs duties are borne by the recipient.

We automatically calculate the country-specific sales tax rate. This is clearly displayed during checkout.

For private customers from Germany, the statutory German VAT is automatically calculated and shown in the checkout.

Returns, warranty & complaints

Private customers have a 30-day right of withdrawal. Please note that cut pieces of leather (half and quarter hides) are non-returnable.

Unused standard items (e.g. whole hides or samples) can be returned after prior consultation.

We guarantee the professional workmanship and quality of our products. Should there be cause for complaint, we will work together to find a solution – please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Complaints can only be accepted if the goods are in an unprocessed condition.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage during transit or material defects, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the affected area.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

No – unfortunately, self-pickup is not possible. Our warehouse is not open to the public; shipping is only available via DHL, DHL Express, or FedEx Express.
