The MK10 (Climate) pattern features particularly fine and closely spaced perforations – specifically developed for air-conditioned vehicle seats. The hole pattern measures 3.8 × 1.9 mm, has a diameter of 1.1 mm ± 0.2 mm , and has a perforation rate of 18.6% .

This perforation is used by Porsche, Mercedes, and BMW, among others, and is ideal for both new vehicles and for authentic restoration. The fine structure ensures optimal air circulation and a particularly comfortable seating experience – even in high temperatures.

Processing & Delivery Form

You can get this perforated Vienna leather as a half or quarter hide – carefully cut, robust, yet supple. With a thickness of approximately 1.1–1.3 mm, the material is excellent for processing: sewing, gluing, stapling, tacking, or stretching – anything is possible. It doesn't matter whether the work is done by machine or by hand – the leather remains dimensionally stable yet flexible.
